Bodybuilding.com and fitness model Jamie Eason presents her own workout videos entitled, Jamie Eason: True Beauty.
In these workout videos, Jamie shows you how to perform a killer glutes and legs workout so you can get those beautiful legs and a nice booty! She also goes through a great ab workout and gives some advice to those who do abs at the beginning of their workout:
“I’ll see people do abs first thing whenever they come to a gym…that’s really not the best way to do it because you are weakening or fatiguing your core.” Your core muscles are essential for performing lower body exercises such as squats and lunges, so always save your ab workout for the end.
In the first workout video, Jamie walks you through:
- Leg extensions
- Smith machine squats
- Dumbell ball squats
- Barbell squat
In Jamie Eason’s second workout video, she shows you how to perform:
- Barbell Sumo Squats
- Dumbbell Sumo Squats
- Lying Leg Curls w/ Negative Phase Resistance
- “Hellified” Barbell Walking Lunges*
- Dumbbell Walking Lunges

Jamie Eason is amazing. She made such a transformation. I’ve been following her for a while. I just posted on her hellified lunges. Gawd! They are aptly named. (http://fisilis.wordpress.com/2011/02/11/barely-walking-today/)
