Before the holidays, my friend Vince Del Monte was showing me his recent transformation pictures. He had gained 7.4 pounds of pure muscle (and 1 pound of fat loss) in just 21-days!
Along with fellow bodybuiler Lee Hayward, Vince del Monte is giving away two free muscle-building reports: “The Death of Bulking” and “The Anabolic Amplifier Effect.” Just go to their website, enter your email address and they will send the two free reports to you.
If you read all the popular muscle information on the Internet then you’ve probably been told that “building muscle is a slow process.” Vince has evidence to the contrary.
And get this: This is the same technique that will help you gain up to 12 lbs of pure muscle in just 21-days without the unnecessary and unhealthy fat gain that comes with high-calorie bulking diets.

There is no doubt about it, Jamie Eason is one of the hottest fitness models in the industry. Jamie is a fitness model and writer for Bodybuilding.com, as well as a cover girl on many women’s fitness magazines. She is also developing her own line of swimwear. But Jamie wasn’t always on path to becoming a fitness model.
After she graduated college, Jamie held a few desk jobs in Human Resources and in Marketing before she began working for her grandfather’s roofing company, Regional Roofing, which her brother still runs today. She enjoyed managing a crew of men while making her own schedule and being outside.
It was around that time that a friend convinced her to attend cheerleader tryouts for the Houston Texans. After a few days of rigorous tryouts, Jamie Eason was selected to become one of 35 Houstan Texans cheerleaders.
Unfortunately, her stint as a cheerleader ended quickly. She found a suspicious lump in her breast which had characteristics of early stage cancer. Soon after, she had the neoplasm removed. But before she knew it, she was at another desk job. She recalls,

(Ed. Note: This program doubles in price after midnight. Legitimately. Makes a great Christmas gift to yourself or for someone else. Hey, you can spend $20 only a family meal at KFC, or you can change your body and turn your life around!)

If you have ever shopped at GNC or Bodybuilding.com, you may have come across a protein powder containing glutamine, or perhaps glutamine powder sold alone or as or capsules. But what is it, and what are the benefits of glutamine?
What is glutamine?
Glutamine is an amino acid. It is one of the twenty amino acids that make up our standard genetic code. It is not an essential amino acid. It is, however, the most abundant free amino acid in the human blood.
Being the most abundant free amino acid, glutamine is quite busy. It’s primary role is acting as a substrate (a substance acted on by an enzyme) for DNA replication, during which two identical DNA molecules are produced from a single double-stranded DNA molecule. That’s all good and well, but what does it mean to you, the hardgainer looking to recover from an exhausting workout.
Like any amino acid, glutamine is involved in protein synthesis. After your workout your muscles are damaged. They need to be rebuilt, and this is where you reap the benefits of glutamine. Glutamine helps minimize the breakdown of muscle tissue so that more muscle gain be continously built. This is essential, because if you attempt to work out, say, the next day, and your muscles aren’t fully recovered, you won’t be able to make the same gains.
