Welcome to Hardgainer Workout Routine! Being a fellow hardgainer, I know how difficult it is for thin guys to put on muscle. I’m here to show you how I changed my body and my mind by gaining over 30 lbs in less than 4 months using proven, hardgainer weight lifting techniques.

What is a hardgainer?

A hardgainer is simply a person who has a difficult time putting on muscle. A hardgainer is thin and has a fast metabolism.

So many popular workout routines are based upon losing weight. You turn on the TV and there are shows like The Biggest Loser and infomercials all telling you how you can lose weight. Countless websites are devoted to losing weight. But there are almost no hardgainer workout routines! What’s a thin guy to do? Where are you going to go proven information on meal plans, workout routines, tips, and supplements? There just wasn’t enough information out there, so I decided it was time to create a website that combines the proven techniques that I have used to gain weight and muscle mass.

Everyone in America wants to be thin, but you don’t have to be overweight to be unhappy with your body. Gaining weight just doesn’t sell.

If you are a hardgainer, chances are you can eat whatever you want and not gain a pound. Not anymore. I will provide with full meal plans that tell you how much you should be eating, and which are the best muscle building foods. My meal plans will help you build pure muscle with very minimal fat gains.

I would see my friend’s larger physiques and wonder what I was doing wrong.  Some of these guys would go to the gym two times a week, hardly break a sweat, and get bigger each month.  All the while I was working my ass off in the gym four or five times a week, doing all the exercises they did, and still was as thin as ever.

No one ever told me I was going at it all wrong.  No one ever told me I shouldn’t take advice from people have a relatively easy time gaining weight and muscle.

Look, I’m no bodybuilder. I don’t think I could honestly classify myself as a “hardgainer” if I was. It has taken me a great deal of time to sift through all the bullshit information out there and compile a website composed of the most pertinent hardgainer muscle building techniques. Take the first step toward changing your life. The time is now to become a happier and more confident person.
