At $11.99 for 280 grams, this is a great deal.

Last week I  bought some Serious Mass from Bodybuilding.com and decided to throw in a free sample of Gaspari Nutrition SuperPump250. Now, I’ve never used pre-workout supplements. I’ve never felt the need. But I am seriously considering purchasing it after using my free sample today.

As a hardgainer, getting the necessary amount of protein every day can be a challenge. Generally, hardgainers should eat one gram of protein for every pound that you weigh. (E.g., If you weigh 150 lbs you should be eating 150 grams of protein per day).
